Building Works
ATO project management company (PMC) to project manage the construction of 1x Band 1 Office, 13x workstation and a small Utility Bay within the Level 10 Executive area of the Canberra (Narellan St) building. The PMC must ensure the solution meets ATO requirements, represents value for money and that any works are executed with minimal disruption to ATO business.
The scope of work includes but not limited to:
- Demolition of existing Waiting Area and large Utility Bay
- Construction of a Band 1 Office
- Supply and installation of 9 new workstations and the relocation of 4 existing workstations
