Tania joined PACM in 2019 to assist with the review and re-development of our Integrated Management System for Quality, Health & Safety and Environment (QHSE). Tania has a background in Work Health and Safety in the Agricultural industry bringing with her a fresh set of eyes and promotes a positive and inclusive approach to managing risks and the wellbeing of those on our sites. With qualifications and experience in work, health & safety and ISO accredited systems she has a high level of attention to detail and is using her range of skills and experience to provide our teams with practical and engaging systems for the management of our QHSE requirements. Tania is also a strong advocate for women in business and engages with a number of groups to support, learn and give back to female business groups aimed at promoting women’s involvement in business.
