Building Works

Construction of a new Community Centre and Extensive renovations to SAS Veterans Association building

  • The project  incorporated  the  scope  of  works  of  several  trades  to  complete  the  demolition  of  the  existing Auxiliary  House,  and  the  construction  of  a  new  purpose-built  community  centre  in  its
  • Irwin Barracks: Provision  and  installation  of  the   electrical  services,  Provision  and  installation  of  floor  coverings, Provision  and  installation  of  windows  and  window  films; Provision  and  installation  of  Roof  Plumbin,  Provision  of  maintenance  and  servicing  during  the  defect  period  (52  weeks  from  the  date  of completion).
  • Campbell Barrasks: Auxilliary House: The project incorporated the scope of works of several trades to complete the demolition of the existing Auxiliary House, and the construction of a new purpose-built community centre in its place.

Association House:  The project incorporated the scope of works of several trades to complete the remodelling of the existing Association House, and the construction of a new external decking area.
