Design & Construct of New multifunction centre, Public BBQ area and 2 x Creek Crossings
The JYC is required to engage youth and facilitate extra-curricular activities that will serve as an outlet for energy and boredom. The facility will be required to provide a space dedicated to infants and their mothers to achieve family development goals. Finally, the JYC will need to provide a space for youth to develop their arts and craftsmanship.
The JYC will be required to serve the following purposes:
Facilitating unstructured social interaction among young adolescents, Facilitating unstructured social interaction among infants and their mothers, Facilitating instructional classes in a supervised environment for adolescents or young families, Providing a site for the development of young artists’ skills.
