Heritage restoration of Army Drill Hall
Fort Queenscliff Building 39 Works include: [Refer to Appendix B – drawings and Appendix C – specification for detailed information]
- Removal of existing roofing and replacement with new roofing material across the entire roof including insulation of existing roof purlins and ridge cappings
- Replacement of eaves gutters to existing facia
- Replacement of downpipes
- Replacement of damaged/rotted timber weatherboards
- Replacement of door panels and window frames where damaged
- Replace any damaged/missing vents on side of building
- Repaint all existing and new weatherboards All plant, materials, labour & supervision required to safely undertake the following ancillary works;
- All works must be in accordance with the Heritage Management Plan (appendix D)
- Disposal of all waste materials offsite
- Allowance for all security passes/escorting that is required to complete works Traffic management
- Updating of estate data information
- Shop drawings
- As Built drawings
- Development and approval of Environmental Clearance Certificate
- Operating and Maintenance Manuals
- Cleaning during and after works to provide a clean working environment for building occupants
- Make good/rectification after removal or alteration of any elements.
