Design & Construct Works
ATO Project Management Services to engage consultants and contractors to design, construct and install two senior executive offices in the Melbourne site. Converting one large meeting room (9.707) into two offices.
The scope of works includes but is not limited to:
- Clearing existing meeting room
- Construction of a separating wall
- Supply and install office fitouts (loose furniture, joinery, etc)
- Update and apply door and floor signage / numbering
The project will provide contemporary accommodation for two Band 1 SES staff.
