Project management and technical advice for Space Agency Headquarters Fitout Lot 14
A project management team to oversee the design and construction, and post- construction handover and defects liability period, of an office fitout for approximately 20 people within the heritage site at Lot 14 at the former Royal Adelaide Hospital site.
The project is confidential and contains office areas up to ‘Zone 4’ security. The PM team should consist of suitable qualified and experienced personnel with appropriate security clearance and understanding of both construction of various security zones, and heritage requirements that may apply.
