ATO Project Management Company (PMC) to project manage a site refresh of the ATO Albury site. The PMC will ensure the solution meets ATO requirements, represents value for money and that any works are executed with minimal disruption to ATO business.
The proposed scope of works will include, but not limited to:
- Enclosing existing ‘open’ collaborative areas on levels 2-6 and acoustically treating.
- AV works
- Conducting a ‘health check’ of existing AV systems within amenities, IT training and meeting rooms to form scope of required works.
- Relocation of AV equipment in corporate amenities room.
- Soundproofing to Telepresence rooms
- Replacing end-of-life electronic whiteboards with glassboards – site wide.
- Frosting graphic install to breakout areas
