IMS

Information Management System (IMS)

The PACM IMS manual has been developed in line with the requirements of ISO 9001:2016, ISO 14001:2016 and the Federal Safety Commissioner’s WHS Accreditation Scheme (OFSC).

The IMS manual is a controlled document regarding the Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental (QHSE) of PACM operating from our head office at 322 Glen Osmond Road Myrtle Bank, SA, with satellite offices in Perth (WA), Coober Pedy (SA), Geelong (Vic), and Nebo (near Mackay, Qld).

IMS Audit

PACM will identify, monitor, and regularly review the external and internal issues relevant to our purpose and strategic direction. This will allow us to determine our ability to achieve our objectives and targets in delivering our products and services in accordance with our Integrated Management System (IMS). These external and internal issues will be reviewed annually in accordance with our IMS Management Review and Audit processes.

3rd Party Audit

PACM has identified any process performed by a third party e.g. calibration as an outsourced process. Any outsourced process completed on behalf of PACM will be monitored and measured in accordance with PACM’s Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure conformity with PACM’s QHSE processes.
